I want to make this the go anywhere wood haulin snow pushin truck is this a need to be fixed thing or take it off and pitch it.

I would fix it. Will help with the body roll. A repair link is only like 10 bucks they are cheap and easy to replace.

Might pay to replace the shock absorbers while you are at it - also check parking brake as well.
