well i still have'nt had my truck tuned yet(tranny knocked off).i pulled the trans and sent the converter back to pi so they could check it out.i went ahead and bought a junkyard tranny and put it in until i get another one built.i also put a stock converter back in it.well anyway a friend comes over the other night(has a mustang that runs 8.40's 1/8 mile and 13.0's 1/4 mile)so i say let's go try'em for the hell of it!we go from a 25mph roll and i still lit the tires up,spun through what little bit of first gear was left and about 10-15 feet in second.i pulled him till right at the end of the 1/4!he did knudge me out at the end about a half car link but he said we were probably already through the 1/4 at that point.i'm gonna take it as a loss but even though i lost i was extremely happy to have gave him such a good race.i think after i put a good tranny back in with my pi converter and have the truck tuned i just may get in the 12's (1/4 mile)on motor.at this point i don't think 11's will be hard at all on the nitrous!
