truck missing like crazy

I don't know if anyone can help me with this but it's worth a try.

truck drives great untill i turn the head lights on or cut the fan on for heat. After i do one of those it misses like crazy when i give it gas.
any help would be great

Bad voltage regulator or corroded eletrical connections

thanks for the input guys. I knew it was electrical but wasn't sure what. I found out today that it didn't have a ground from the cab firewall to the motor. and that's all it took. running like a champ now.

Those grounds can be a headache from hell. Glad it was just that simple.

me too... i'm not much on electrical stuff but this was easy and cheap
