I have a 94 f150 4x4 with 5.8l and 3.55 gears and automatic transmission. I keep hearing about the 4 speed bulldog being a bada$$ transmission swap but honestly i don't know anything about it. What truck can i get this out of and how hard would it be to swap it in?

If im right ford has the T18 4 speed and the Ford ZF 5speed

Pretty sure he's talking about swapping in a T-18 or NP435, Chris.

Swapping from an auto trans to a manual is harder than replacing the factory manual with a different manual, since you need to add a clutch pedal, and cut a hole in your floor for the shifter, too.

I think Eric (1970custom) had a gen-9 with a T-18 in it...maybe he'll have some advice.
