Tilt Steering Wheel

So last week some guy approached me about a trade for my 1990 F 350. I had let him look around the truck and he tilted my steering wheel all the way up. I now have no clue how to put it down. Can some one please tell me how it is annoying to drive it this way. Thank you.

Turn Signal Lever push toward the dash,hold it and move the wheel where you like.

Any time. I was the same when I had my first tilt wheel in a Ford years ago.

My wife likes to drive with the wheel way up in the air a couple notches higher than I do. I don't understand why she likes it so far away... Glad you got it figured out.
