I know it's not a dentside ad, but wanted to put it up anyway because I know there is a lot of interest in these. $300 isn't all that bad considering how difficult they're getting to find

SUUHWEEEEEEEEEEEEET...exactly what I'm looking for. Seems to be a pretty good price too. Wish they were closer...most of the ones I find around here are in the 5-800 range.

I tried buying this Bronco back before I bought the one I have now. At the time, the tires were good, had alooooooot less rust, and still had the lower trim on the PS front 1/4 panel. I offered him 2500, he said he wouldn't take a penny less than 3500. Right now...it looks like about like a $2000 truck tops:

Wonder what he really wants for this thing...especially considering he didn't let it go for 10k last time:

Wow...this guys is getting closer and closer to the truth with each sale he tries to make. Must be guys like us that's keeping him honest. Truck looks alright...I wonder about any reshots of paint...and also, either the wet sand job was terrible or there's a tooooon of bondo on that thing:

Now this is a real clean, slick looking truck. Sounds like alotta fun to drive too:

This looks like a fun truck too...he's a little delusional on the price, but I still like it:

Them look pretty good I like that white one but it does look like its sittin pretty low.

Yeah...I thought the same thing. I figured it was probably a replacement door and the wrong VIN...or reeeeeeal worn out springs.

It's definately not a highboy, no front crossmember under the bumper, high-pinion D44, married transfer case, 2-leaf front springs. Cool looking though, especially with those steelies on it...

In California most all pickups over a certain GVWR (including my own) are considered commercial and NOT exempt from smog. If you keep a camper on the back permanently you can apply for a waiver for the commercial thing and have your truck re-tagged as a "house car" at a much lower registration cost. I am not sure where this person got the information that his truck is exempt. That is not a Federal plate and besides, once a private party purchased the truck, even if it WAS "Federal Exempt" it would then become a private vehicle.... subject to smog requirements. Also, in California the seller is obligated to ensure the vehicle passes smog before it can be sold/re-registered. It's a pretty truck though!

Hot damn...I wasn't even paying attention to that. Good eye

Are there any statistics on how many of these dents are still on the road ?
This thread has shore shown there's alot of them out there.smilieFordlogo

Yeah...but look at where aloooooooot of them are from. I bet 80% of them are from out west or the south east.

AAARRGGG!!! :hammer: It did it again. The last part of the "cut and paste" does not copy. Just use Ben's post link..

SORRY!! It was only a cut and paste from Ben's post about the white truck here in California.

Yeah...I thought it sounded a bit fishy as well. I didn't exaclty know what the Cali laws were/are...but I do know there are different emission rules in my area at least regarding commercial/farm trucks and one tons or bigger.
