I'll start with a few things.
New motor 10k miles ago.
Now ride's on 37" tires.

Most of my mods are in my sig... But the biggest mods were:

-B&M trans shift kit
-Efan conversion
-130amp alternator
-Saginaw PS pump
-Derale trans pan
-B&M trans cooler
-4.10 gear swap
-Magnaflow cats, no muffler, side-exit exhaust
-10k lb trailer hitch
-Pioneer deck w/ premium speakers and subs

Repair projects:

-MOOG tie rod ends
-Warn premium hubs
-(upcoming) 6 litre tuneup
-PIP sensor in dist.

I know Im forgetting things...

Well i guess ill throw everything out there...


Rebuild Started with truck deciding it wanted a drink of water at 5k rpm's.

While the machine shop had the block, it was bored .03 over.
Heads were checked and recieved a 3angle valve job.
New pistons, New Rods, Crank was Re-Used.

True Dual exhaust with 18" glasspacks, dump before rear axle.
Hooker Longtube headers.
Underdrive pulley kit.
K&N drop in filter.
Stage 2 clutch

Removed Rear seat, now a storage area and my sub box sit back there.
Cobra Cb and a single whip.
Alpine Deck
Alpine 800W monoblock amp.
Custom box holding 2 12"s.
Truck rides on 16.5" American Racing rims, stuffed inside 36x12.5 Goodyear's
Emergency strobes Clear and blue Front and rear...


Major repairs.
Engine rebuild.
Clutch Slave cylinder Twice,
Clutch Twice.


All i can think of right now.
But like skan i know there is more.

Anyone else hear the BS spewing and feel it being flung by the tail yet? LOL :)

BTW, I've never really driven my '91 Bronco other than when using Vise-Grips
to steer it into place to tow it or to park it where I was going to put it up on
blocks. Because the sorry-#& tilt steering setup was broken. Took about two
months to get a title and didn't want to invest any money in it until I "owned"
it so that was lost time but "had" it since April of '09.

So, here's my -private list- I made on the computer...

install clutch pedal assembly from F250
replace the steering column with a manual non-tilt
remove Edwina Bauer's name and all other badges
remove driver's electric door lock
remove outside wheel rack
remove and give away Reese hitch
remove 32.0 gallon tank
fix rear window mechanism
replace the little brake pad with a big brake pad
remove captive bolts from frame
remove frame shipping pins
replace radius arm bracket rivets with bolts
swap in the EEC from the '90 F250 (E9D1)
replace little boot for the top of the ZF
make holding tool for ZF
re-pin the C700 ignition switch
clean up and rebuild ZF
new clutch and pilot bearing and slave cylinder
take out E4OD and replace with a ZF from an F250
ride height = OC+F250=4+1/4" '91=4+1/8" Bronco="
seat height = OC=37" '91=35+1/2" Bronco="
door height = OC=20" F250=22" '91=19" Bronco="
new starter for ZF
check rear brake shoes (like new)
paint rear hubs black
make 4 copies and tape a door key under the floor {aluminum foil tape}
new yoke for the ZF
measure for fit of F250 19.0 midship tank (won't fit)
reshape red gear shift knob
new saddle blanket seat cover on F150's {bench} seat
cut out door and fender section from F250
take drive shafts and measurement to Simmons (49+1/4")
traded-in old drive shafts for new drive shaft! :D
floor bump-stop for clutch pedal <-------------just posted about this :)
swap tires around on wheels and balance (Ford 15x7.5's)
new u-bolts and new drive shaft
6 alloy wheels 16x7" 1-7-10 <--switched to 16x8"! :D
fix vacuum leaks
remove radio and plug antenna wire hole
weld-up Y pipe and install new muffler
weld-in two oxygen sensor bung holes
new engine lift bracket
straighten out filler-hose support added two bolts
cut frame out for rear tank
clean-up, paint and bolt-in new rear crossmember
drill hole for spare tire carrier
snug-up two loose body mounts
make radiator-support mounts out of junk on hand :D
speedometer ratios: 7t+18t=29" or 8t+19t=31.5"
new 5/8" grade-8 bumper bolts
remove transfer case module and wiring
remove E4OD wiring
wire-in back-up-switch and speed-sensor
tape-up tail light wires
jumper EEC pin-30 and speed control and clutch lockout
just plug-in old ignition switch and use pin-puller :D
hook-up F250 speedometer cable
block off PRND21 and set to zeros (was 24,883.2) {125k}
removed and modified speed control-control for dash mounting
cut hatch and make covers for rear tank and rear seat hole
repair butchered ignition switch harness and tape it up
wired-out seat belts and saved headlight buzzer
oxygen sensor swapped over from F150
new clutch line and line holders
make gas line plugs for F150
make cover for the steering column and modify dash
carry extra fuel pump

Just might get it off the blocks this weekend tho! LOL :)

figure out how to support filler pipe {it needs tweeking, needs a spacer}

drill hatch covers and install

swap-in 18.2 gallon rear tank from F150
use new plastic vent and new rubber seal on tanks

install driver's seat
bleed clutch system after raising front 4" more and dropping rear to ground
{that's my hick-version of "bench bleeding" LOL :}

$ figure out what you need to reinstall cowling {EDPM rubber of some sort}

mount watch {on dash, it'll be the "clock", see? LOL :}
install zeroed speedometer :D
modify speedometer cable for easy removal
install dash and steering wheel

mount and wire-in dash mounted ignition switch
mount and wire-in low-beam bypass switch
wire-in delay-relay and install kill switch
wire-in dash mounted speed control 1=DBu>>LBu/Bk, 151=Y/LBu>>DBu, 57=Bk

modify gear shift lever from C700 (19/32")
fix shift lever boot

re-clean out Bronco :D
install passenger seat and belts

measure ride height
measure seat height
measure door height
measure pitman arms
measure tire pressure

swap battery
check brakes
test speedometer with 7t+17t

sort tools and fix-up old tool boxes

30 day permit or swap plates?

swap-in a hand crank window mechanism on driver's side
wire-up the passenger electric window for keyless operation
repair wiring to rear window
use defroster wire for a backup-light from Hell :D
re-install mud guards

$ new speedometer gears: 8t 18t 19t
$ DynaMat doors tailgate floor firewall roof {bought 45 sq.ft.}
drill holes and install jack nuts for visor {Lund}

$ new steering wheel
$ new steering damper
make connector for trailer plug

wire-in tank switch run hoses for aux fuel tank (24-6 and 49-2) {page #s}
remove crossmember from F150 for midship tank
install 16.5 gallon midship tank from F150 <---

cut F250 for fuel filler pipe support
remove fuel lines from F250

find and fix water leaks
clean plastic headlight lenses
remove the rest of the window tinting
raise bench seat re-measure seat height
fix steering flex coupling {need better conveyor belt than I have on hand}
add tail pipe

move Silver-Stars from F150
move rear bumper from F150
move over 2wd front end from F150
add ~7/8" spring spacer to make up for removed TTB
take to Simmons for alignment
haul the F150 parts truck to Bowie {AZ}
haul the F250 parts truck to Bowie
remove hood and hinges from F250
fix hood... get help?

remove ABS?
$ rebuild 8.8 rear axle <---
$ 8.8 carbon discs
snug-up two more loose body mounts (11/16"+1"+grind)

$ make or buy a Y for MAF intake
swap the engine from SD to MAF
wire in Mustang A9L MAF computer
$ 393w stroker kit and torquer-cam

patch all the holes in the body
cut a hole and add door for the midship tank
repair fender damage
$ paint white
$ replace all the window seals with plain black
$ try to fix door weather stripping with vacuum hose
$ replace all other rubber weather stripping
pop-rivet-on door visors

god Got a whole new braking system in the front
New brakes in the rear (thats a b itch)
a new way of spreading the contents of your bed along the road
Plenty of dents (****** kicked my panels in)
I gotta weld that shock mount back up, i just havent got around to it, driving with a missing shock...is well...interesting.
Its got a whole new front fascia, thanks bambi at 81 mph, with no front bumper.

as far as mods go
Im tearing the back seat out, putting a baja ss seat in the center in the back, 2 12's wired in to the same amp just in the back corners of the cab.

-Ranger Lariat Trim(except the radio bezel,near impossible to find one)
-8th gen Cowl Panel

lightning 8.8" rear swap 4.10 gears and Detroit locker..
dual exhaust with Flowmaster 50...

FUTURE.... uhmmmm my favorite....

built 351W hopefully will make 350 hp and 400+ tq at the wheels...
MAF swap for the motor build
6 litre tune up....
new exhaust with tips exiting just behind the rear wheels with cherry bomb glass packs... man i miss that sound......
and bunch of more stuff i aint got the time to post...........

rear springs out of an L9000 dump truck for the front front can now hold 10,000 lbs

more springs out of similar dump trucks for the rear rear can also hold 10,000 lbs

giving the truck a 6" lift
swapped out the twin i beam crap for a dana 60 king pin high pinion

swapped in 4:10 gears
open headers
39" swampers
custom hidden 5th wheel in bed
custom head ache rack
dual fire stick antennas uniden trucker series cb
alpine flip up media center
dual 1500 watt 10" subs
mack dog shifter
flush mount steel rear bumperw/ d rings class 4 hitch
and lights, lights and more lights

soon to come cummins swap for the tired 351 and 6" flat top stacks
thats it so far..
