rebuild question

had a huge long post but hit the wrong keyboard combo and it dissapeared. so i will summarize..

i am looking to rebuild my 460 this year, what is the best rebuild kit, where is it best to get it from local or internet, a whole kit or piece by piece.

only thing non stock i have is a rv cam, and i prefer not to talk to any one who thinks they can try to f&$^ me over, im doing all the work myself so yes imma keep it stock

Yeah been there done that. I just found a good one and never looked back they do great work and theyre not anymore expensive than anybody else is.

Well since I'm not really sure what all you're looking to rebuild...ie all brand new stock parts or just gaskets and whatnot...Here's some kits from Summit:

I wouldn't hesitate to get anything with a good quality NAMEBRAND from them.

sorry, let me elaborate. i am looking for a complete tear down ,cleaning and rebuild. nothing gets untouched. that was in my first post but i f'ed that up by accidently closing the browser

I always liked Felpro mself but thats just gaskets and I use Clevite bearings. Ya gonna bore it out then?
