Rear main engine seal info

I am going to replace the rear main engine seal in my donor motor today, is there anything you guys can warn me about or something I should know abut before i start?? Any torque specs would be great as well if anyone out there has them handy?

Is the engine in or out of the truck ?

if the crank is out of the engine.its pretty much a breeze..just make sure you install the new seal with the high side to the front of the engine. & lubricate well with clean eng.oil.make sure everything is very clean!! or it will leak!
