Hey all, I have a 98 E-350 with the 6.8 V-10. I have found out that this model is the one with the problematic heads. It was originally a work van that I got from my brother in law who got it from his job. The van has well over 100,000 miles on it and was wondering if I should be concerned with it spitting a plug. I am getting it ready for a trip to Michigan from North Dakota. Any info or thoughts would be very helpful. Thanks. Sorry, just realized I accidentally put the year as 99 in the thread title and don't know how to change it. It is a 98.
