Question for you foxy body mustang owners

I'm looking in to getting a 88 to 91 5.0 GT 5spd Stan.
Any suggestions what I should watch out of for? never owned a 5spd before and know nothing about them.. Thanks yall.

Rust. Look on the door bottoms and on the hatch lid. Any thing else can be fixed without much trouble. The T5 transmission is pretty stout and can be rebuilt.

I believe in '89 they went to MAF...which drops stock power numbers, but makes it easier for go-fast goodies, so you may wanna nix the '88 (unless I'm wrong on my years).
