Question about a small cosmetic modification.

I was considering doing a small cosmetic mod to help make my truck stand out. I feel like my front end is kind of bare and I want something to make it pop a little bit. So my question is, would a hood emblem like the gen 2 emblem be blasphemous on the gen 6s? They're still both f-100s. And the same emblem design can be seen on the original rubber floor cover in my truck.

Should look great! I've saw a 1960's trucks with that emblem pattern on the seat..not sure if it was original or custom...it was sure neat tho.

I'd rather see older emblems rather than newer ones. I those Gen 2 emblems are awesome.
