Jurgen I posted in the other alternator thread (also on my phone). Check out the walkthrough I posted over there.

I seem remember that the smaller wire from the alternator goes up somewhere near the starter solenoid.

what took all day today!!

had to remove the old clearcoat on the hood and top of the fenders since its in bad shape we dont wanna just paint over it so i fully remove it to the old primer/

10 am

5 PM

500 bucks later

1 gallon of L2 ( true blue metallic ford paint)
reducer
clear
primer
m600
everything is sikkens exept primer the guy uses sikkens so thats what i bought


gonna get 2 coats of primer

3 coats of paint
2 coats of clear

so it can set good!! i cant wait!

better then new metal, fiber! it will outlast the metal around it

It is common,except it's usually on the underside.My truck has it right at the front of the roof under the drip rail.I've seen it on Rangers before.What happened on my truck,is the seam seal dried up and cracked,and over the last few years water has seeped through and rusted the metal out.

ohh ok well it looked good when i got it but it was filled with bodyfiller when i starter sanding then all those showed up and we fixed them

i havent taken any pics today i was really busy im gonna take allot tomorrow and post them tomorrow night.. the only pic i took today was the guy welding the patches on the tailgate to close the holes from the tailgate panel
