motor swap

so i bought my buddies 88 f150 I6 5spd with a ford 9inch rear end (we swapped it in last year) im swapping the I6 from my truck into it and driving it cuz he managed to blow his. I want to get new motor mounts and clutch but idk if its an 11 or 10in. does anyone know off hand? i cant go look at it to tell you what tranny is in it but i THINK its an M5OD. and does anyone know of anything else i should replace during this project? thanks guys!!!! -JAKE

Well what may work is knowing what motor your swapping exactly?

I'll tell you what... unless you're on a tight budget, I replace every wear item I can when I dig into anything very deep.

swappin a 300 into another 300 lol. im not gonna tear into my motor cuz i cant afford it. i've already done a compression test on mine and its all healthy so i aint gonna tear into it. but does anyone have any "be sure to remember ______" or "make sure you _________" for me?

At least put in a new oil pan gasket and rear main seal.

Oil pump is a good thing to replace.
