It really isn't that bad of a job. A transmission jack makes it much easier. Drop the trans, pull the flexplate and replace the seal.

im gonna buy the adapter that fits my Floor jack from harbor freight.... can get it pretty cheap..

Throw some 90 wt in it and itll leak less. Seriously though its got alot of miles and if your gonna just drop another motor in it id just let it piss and keep an eye on the level.
