I put one in my Suburban. If you can replace a freeze plug, you can install a block heater.

Remove the freeze plug and put the heater in its place. Easy.

Getting to a freeze plug on that Vic will be the issue.

Drivers side is blocked by motor mount passengers is good if I recall correctly.
