Well old man winter finally showed up and it's really cold here, highs are in the single digits, low's in the double digits.

I filled the '05 PSD with 50/50 fuel today, and I'm pretty sure that's safe for the 6.0. But I thought as I was filling, is there a point where you can have too much #1 and damage something?

Not that I'm aware of...just produces less power is the only downside I know of.

Just keep in mind that the fuel inside of the injector acts somewhat like a "shock absorber". It cushions the return stroke of the piston. Thin the fuel, less "dampening".
