How to best remove gas from tank

I have run a siphon hose into the tank, then taken an air line with a blowgun at the top of the filler neck sealed with a rag...pressurized the tank and it flows out the siphon hose.

That works really well, done it a few times. I don't believe there is an anti-theft screen in it.....My next choice would be to pull the bed though....

Anyway, the simple bulb type doesn't have a valve in it, unless you get one
made for boat use. So for way less half the money, the trick is to use your
finger as the valve when using the cheap one. The main price difference is
in the hoses.

I had bad luck a couple times getting the hose to the bottom of the tank. :/

If there's still a fuel pump in the tank, might try using it?
That'll be my next "try".

Sounds right.

Got one at Walmart but it didn't include hoses, only the valved squeeze bulb.
It was still double the cheapy at the auto parts store. If you use the cheapy
a lot you can get several uses from it, but time will ruin it after the first use.
