Ok im an idiot but I cant find the dam horn on this thing

HA you know what they say at the buckin shoots " horns over hoofs any day"

I think I found it (rt frnt fender) along with the problem. guess these things had issues with the horn circuit. gonna start with the clock spring cause it turns out my cruise control does not work either.
