Hi all

New guy here, I currently have an '02 F350 7.3, looking to get rid of it and get an '05 or '06 F-150. I just can't justify the fuel and maintenance costs of a 1-ton diesel when I never haul anything. Guess I should have thought about that ahead of time, huh? I had all kinds of grand plans of modding the crap out of my diesel, but at 270k miles, the truck is eating me up just trying to keep it on the road, let alone trying to add cool guy gadgets. I look forward to learning more about gassers and spending time and money beefing up a working truck instead of spending time and money replacing brake calipers, belt tensioner, water pump, and fuel pump.

Welcome to FTF! Make yourself at home and post up often. I'm no expert, but I have a 2005 F150, and I know several other guys that have similar year trucks. Some of the other guys are pretty good with the 5.4L Triton motor as well.
