Hey all..
HAd a couple F series in the past . Currently a 98 F150XL supercab 4.6 4X4
Past I had an 86 F250 XLT 6.9 4x4..had to let it go..
Missed the old oil burner and miss the older truck style...my 98 is rotting apart and I cant see saving the body..
I have found a 1 owner(almost) 85 F350 XLT 2wd 6.9 dually.. cab is a little hard, but thinking swap into a super cab of similar generation...basicly looking at it for the the powerplant..
have a couple of buddies with parts trucks so, it could get interesting..
Now I know I could go buy something ready to rock but I really like the idea of the NA 6.9.. extra cab and 4wd...nice and simple .. lol
Thats my story for now, happy to be here..
Been peeking around in the gen 7,8-9 forums...
