fuel issue

Sadly I have no idea when the last time the rear tank has been used in the truck. So today I drop $100 in the tanks, filled the front and put 11 gallons in the rear (thats a total of 27 gallons for that $100 by the way). So I wanted to use the rear first. After 4 miles it acted like it was running out of gas. So I just put it back to the front, I didn't have time to deal with it. She ran a little weird after that. Could it be that there was water and god knows what else in the bottom of the tank and thats the problem?

Thanks in advance boys!

oh, does anyone know how big my rear tank is?

most likely lots of crap, rust, water residual gas that's the consistency of old jello. change that fuel filter and use the front tank. i'd say the rear needs a major cleanout.

The tank will condense like crazy . Also the pump go funny if left unused. I alternate mine. The rear is easy to drop . Bet it all gunked up and when used it it plugged filter .
