Just to let you know who i am, what ive got, and what im restoring.
Im a father of 2 with one on the way in a relatively small town in south Alabama. I drive a 2010 F150 with the last of the 5.4s under the hood. Been a great truck, wonderful to travel in as it has the Town Car sized interior. Only complaint is the paint job, onion skin thin. Other than that, most pleased.
I have a 67 F100 SWB Fleetside with custom interior and a perfect original grill and bumpers. Early sn. 3 spd, HO302. Had it since '94. My dad and I spent may hours under the hood and under the body working on it, its how we connected. Now, it has been dead since 2004, but is kept in the garage. Repainting the front end now and am putting it back together this week. This will be the same truck me and my son will use when he gets older to connect like a father and son ought to. I look forward to getting great opinions and offering advice as much as i can!
