You may need to fab up or buy some type of traction bar for the rear. With the taller lift blocks, you might get some axle wrap. Also, I wouldn't get a steering stabilizer unless you need one. They normally just mask problems and can actually cause wear.

Jurgen you typically wanna lift 2" higher in the front than the rear, if you wanna level the truck out. My lift kit is about 4" in front and 2" in rear, give or take, and as you can see my truck is fairly level front to back.

If it were me, I'd go some good lift springs instead of blocks... Like Tony said, you'll have some axle wrap problems with 4" on top of the stock blocks. It's just matter of spending the money on lift springs on spending it on ladder bars, either way you gotta spend some dough. If you want you could also use a thick stack of add-a-leafs instead of lift springs, but it might make for a rough ride.

Is it just me or do those drop brackets look kinda puny?

I gotta agree with Tony and like I told you last night...if you get blocks I will go down there and knock ur ass out.......blocks are just chitty and I've seen 3 inch blocks stacked and welded...hell I've seen em stacked welded and welded onto the axle housing.....go for the rearched lift springs.....better ride quality...unless you want a non airride semi......and yea Chris those drop brackets look puny as hell...I'm sure Tony could whip you something up fer less and be better quality...remember it's the safety of you and others you're taking into account...don't half-ass it...it's not a Chevy.

The biggest blocks I would go with are 6 inch and even then you will need traction bars. The stock blocks are about 4 inches. How much total lift are you looking for in the rear?
