i was reading the owners manual for my '93 last night. it said that if you power brake (aka brake torqe) that the transmission will go in to "stall mode" the problem is, in the snow a few weeks ago i did a "power brake". did i send my tranny into stall mode? also i have a bench seat, and i was wondering if the head rests are removable. thanks in advance

for me never when power braking. but yes the head rests can be removed might have to use some muscle to get them off

i got the head rests off, i yanked one out and pryed one out with a screw driver, i had to pry out the plastic ovals at the base. i kept the ovals and the head rests incase i hit my head and want to put them back in

yea good times. but the bench seats look good without them especially when you throw a seat cover over them, but when you hit traffic or relaxing, the headrest do good
