Autozone or NAPAonline will have them. At least they're generic. Wifey's '96 Riviera needed them- exclusive to that car (wierd size), $96 each. Pretty much like everything else on that car- closest to an exotic i've ever owned. You wouldn't think so, until you start ordering parts for the thing- it shared hardly anything with it's GM sublings.

Late entry. I bought liftgate struts for my 95 Aerostar at NAPA. I bought for that particular model. They were pretty stiff, they went up a lot easier than they went down. The biggest problem was trying to stretch the strut and move the hatch lid at the same time to get them to fit. That door is heavy without working struts. listed below is the part number from NAPA. Hope this isn't too late.
