I think the 370 is a FT engine only used for a few years wasn't a very good engine from what I'VE heard..

The tree service that I worked for last year has a '86 F-600 Bucket truck with that engine.
It says: "370 Lima" on the air cleaner assembly.
It is a low RPM, high torque engine. (redline is at 3800 RPM)
They are not known for their longevity.

Nope. It was still in use in the mid 80's.
I've also seen a couple other trucks that were early to mid 80's that used the same engine.
Seems like I've only ever seen it in the F-600 though.
Don't know if it was used in any other industrial applications.
