I just dealt with a BUNCH of electrical issues & I took my truck to get the air bag light cleared. The problem is, it won't clear. It came up B1884 & I don't remember exactly what it said, but it seemed to be the passenger side.
I plan on going & re-scanning in the a.m. The mechanic didn't have my codes & I thought for sure I'd find it.
HELP, I have gotten all my lights to stay off EXCEPT THAT ONE!!
Thanks,
Laurie'peace'

The airbag lamp will only go off when the problem is fixed, B1884 Passenger Air Bag Deactivation (PAD) Switch Warning Lamp Inoperative . You need to have the PAD switch replaced. Then the light will go off.
