Clutch Bleeding

We Have a 2004 Ford Ranger V6 4x4. Can you tell me if there is any "easy Way" to bleed the clutch slave and master cylinder? We have tried bleeding this the old fashioned way and still can't get the clutch plate to release. Any help would be appreciated.

Instead of "pumping it up then opening the bleeder", try opening the bleeder, then push it to the floor and hold it, then tighten the bleeder, finally, release the pedal. Repeat as necessary.

You can also lift the rear of the truck while doing it this will allow air to escape easier also.
