Changing Control Arm Bushings

Is it a difficult task to replace the upper and lower control arm bushings on both sides? I've never done it before.

Whatever you do, remove all tension/binding from that arm Makes things a whole lot easier and safer too.

Been a while since I had to replace bushings on control arms (ain't had a 1/2 ton in a while), but I remember using a jack and a buttload of Liquid Wrench hehe
