Center Caps

Ford Parts Guru
Anyone know what year these center caps were used?
El cheapo J. C. Whitney, Western Auto, and/or generic autoparts store "fitz-all" replacement. Not genuine Ford.

From the looks of it, generic replacement hubcap for: Genuine Ford 5 lug 5.50" bolt circle Styled Steel (S/S) & Styled Aluminum (S/A) wheels installed on 1978/96 E/F100/150's and 1978/96 Bronco's.

The genuine Ford S/A & S/S hubcaps (Ford called 'em ornaments) are chrome (or black) plastic and have 3 holes where the 3 screws (either chrome or black) pass thru into the anchors.

Some of the center ornaments are red plastic, some are black plastic and can be found on both chrome and black hubcaps. NONE are marked FORD.

The S/A or S/S wheels have 3 matching holes. These are where the S/A nylon or S/S steel expandable anchors fit into.
