Ok when I do get the truck ill find me a junkyard turbo and get some marine injectors. Are there any problems with em that I need to be aware of motor wise?

Head gaskets on the 6.9's, cavitation on the 7.3's. Main seals would be a good idea to change if the motor is out. If you should go ahead and change main seals, be sure to get good ones, I ran into problems with mine, went ahead and ponied up for one from Ford, heck of a set, cost about $75. When you do the injectors, get the fuel lines for the return, they can be found for around $30. Get the sets that have the caps and hoses. They generally call it an injector install kit. Really, these motors are pretty sound. Some of the 83-4 blocks had cracking problems over the starter from the block heater. Otherwise, not too much goes wrong, other than simple things like glow plugs and controllers.
