annoying header leak

anyone else ever have an annoying header leak on a 5.0l engine i cant seem to find it

How long have the headers been on it?

A 347 that we installed at work had a pair of Hooker short tube headers on it that had many leaks where the pipes were welded together at the collector. We needed to remove them and weld them up.

im not sure how long but when im driving its really loud in the cab ive looked at everything on it and cant find it

Is it the stock Ford manifold, or do you have aftermarket headers?

Has your egr tube leaked or broken off on the front of the passenger side manifold?

its rusted and where it bolts has broke

Super, are you into meth or caffeine or both? LOL

First- take-the-time an' effort to actually figure out what's wrong.
Second- the answer may be obvious but won't hurt to post it just
to get some feedback on what others have done to fix theirs.
Third- decide what to do and do it.
