Ding, Ding....
Nitrogen is what is used in all aircraft tires that fly at altitude. This is becuase it does not expand and contract like air and has less or no water/moisture in it like regular air.
Many tire retailers charge extra for nitrogen, which I think is a waste of money, but since COSTCO doesn't charge extra and they rotate and balance as needed (I do every 5,000 miles when I change my oil) then I am a supporter of nitrogen use since I don't pay for it!!!
