I need to get my truck safetied and the reverse lights don't work. It has a c6 and I noticed 4 wires coming out of it that were cut off. Which wire is for the reverse lights?

I need to get my truck safetied and the reverse lights don't work. It has a c6 and I noticed 4 wires coming out of it that were cut off. Which wire is for the reverse lights?

One set is for neutral and the other (black/red stripe) set is for BU on older trucks and I can't make out the colour codes on this diagram
possible white / red stripe.
