they are almost the same. the 35-351-8 is a lil risky with SD but plenty of Lightning guys run it.

and if i go with either one what other kind of upgrades should i do? 1.7 RR's?

a new full exhaust.... headers into DI-DO Cat, duals rest way back with Cherry bomb glasspacks with the tips exiting out behind the rear wheels at an angle.
