2003 F250. NO HEAT

I have a 2003 f250 FX4 5.4. I replaced the intake gasket and the coolant crossover tube under the intake. Put it all back together and now have no heat, I had heat before I did the work. It also overheated twice since. I immediately shut it down both times. I have replaced the Thermostat (has not overheated since) and blend door actuator, still no heat. Top radiator hose gets hot, bottom radiator hose is more than warm but not hot, and heater core hose is warm.

I let it run with the cap off this afternoon for a solid 45 minutes, it bubbled and burped a few good times, then nothing for a solid 15 minutes.
