I'm very excited... unfortunately I have no idea what I'm doing. :hammer:

Two known issues are the A/C does work and it's leaking (Seems to be oil).

The truck runs well, and seems to be in good shape, but I'm hoping you experts will help me along the way as I make improvements. After reading a bunch of the threads you all seem both knowledgeable and passionate about your trucks. So far I only have one out of the two.

Welcome to FTF. That is a very nice truck - the inside is in VERY good shape. Passion will get you a long ways toward understanding the truck. :D Get a strap to hold that battery in place.

Hello and welcome fysbo.:) From your pictures it does look to be in very good shape. How many miles are on it?

Welcome - that is a really nice looking truck

fyzbo, where you at?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------^

Rat Rod it! xD

Two known issues are the A/C does{n't ?} work...
The A/C doesn't work?
If so, no problem, "we" can fix that. ;)

----------------------

A factory 360FE will go more-than 125k miles if the oil is changed regular.
Mine went >150k miles and I drove it to Willcox so my buddies could help
me pull it and hand it over to the rebuilder in Willcox.

F15Y = Y = Yawn = 360FE :)
M = Motor = 390FE 4 barrel
H = two uprights = 390FE 2 barrel

-----------------------

The top two are off the rear axle...

...top one's off a parts truck 3.25 the 3L25 has a limited slip differential
that's off the '75 F150 I special ordered. xD Both made the last week of
January. :)

The bottom two are off the T18's.

-----------------------

I suggest something besides a rubber band to hold the battery down? ;)

Alvin in AZ
ps- One of the first things I did to mine was go to the local wrecking
yard in Bowie AZ and bought two horns and bolted 'em -outside- !!!

Mel Jackson sold 'em to me for $1 off an old Ford of some kind. :)
