The ground wire from the sending unit is grounded near the tank and usually on the frame.

It might help if you described the symptoms of the issue... clicking, grinding, nothing happens, etc...

You can start by checking the ground wire at the tank sending unit then the snaps on the ICVR on the back of the instrument panel for a good connection and or any corrosion.

Double check your vacuum lines. You could have knocked one off or broke/cracked one during your tune-up..
