Well, after replacing my muffler (with a Cherry Bomb! Don't judge ) my catilytic converter has been making this loud snapping noise like the metal is expanding constantly. My temp is good and no hesitation. What do ya think it could be? Thanks!

Ok I can hear a little tapping sound from my left bank outside:headbang: You can figure out what I'm thinking! I believe it's the manifold starting to go. Can't quite pin point it yet. What are the major headaches to doing them? I've done a few in my time on other trucks but just want to know...

I have an 03 F-350 XLT with the steel rims with chrome. The chrome is an overlay. My issue is the rim under the chrome is building up with scale (rust):suspicious: . Is there a certain way the chrome is held on? I would like to remove it and blast the rims and paint them! Thanks:wavey:

Just bought a 2003 F-350 with the 5.4 with 05k miles. I have been a diesel freak for years and just got a good deal on this one. Any major problems with the 5.4 that I might not know about? I know about the manifolds and plugs going south but, is there anything else? Thanks!Derek,
