it is a rattle can job like utfball 68 say's. it is a wheel paint made by krylon. i cleaned the hell out of my wheels scuffed them with scotch bright and painted them and they look good.it has been a week of deer hunting and freeway driving with no chips or flakes yet.

i would try some older bone yards for parts places in small out of the way towns. i have found awsome parts in places like that and they are usually cheaper
