Recently had the tranny rebuilt and I put in a newer motor just after that, but it seems as though the stall in the converter is somewhere between 1600-2000 rpm's. Is that normal for a 99f350 with 5.4 liter 4wd. It seems as though the motor is screaming. if so is it wise to put in a converter...

My original 5.4L engine is toast in my 99 f350. Looking to put in it's place a long block from an 03 e250 van and switch over oil pan, valve covers and manifolds. Can anyone confirm if this swap is able to be done? Bolt holes all line up for accessories etc.

just pulled engine out of my 99 f350 5.4 4wd crewcab. what year 5.4's will I be able to use and from what trucks? Also I was offered a 01 f150 5.4 CNG motor can I use the long block? any help is appreciated!!
