    Thanks, it seems to like 2500 RPM which translates to 55 MPH. Just wondered what would be considered overspeed.

    I just purchased an '84 F700 with a 14' flatbed dump. It has the 8.2 Detroit and Lucas-Gerling (sp?) brakes. That is all I really know right now. I was wondering if someone could decode the trans and axle codes for me.Trans= SNAxle= 67MI was also wondering what the max rpm that engine...
