Sorry, I will try to be a bit more descriptive in the future. I finally removed it, hitting it with a hammer and punch was no use, I may need a bigger hammer, in the end I put a radiator clamp around the tailshaft so I had something to lever against, it was still a pain. I have the new uni, now...

hello, thanks for the replies, I will try to remove it again, later today. I,m talking about the slip yoke on a two piece tailshaft, which is between the tailshaft bearing and the middle uni. I think Fellro understands. Thanks, Greg
