Can someone help me find what’s missing in this motor f350 super duty 1986 series

I feel like there’s a few things missing like in the middle

No sir, it looks complete to me. If you're referring to this spot, that's where the fuel filters on the vans gets mounted.

Nope, that is the nature of a 6.9. You don't have the normal oil fill on the timing cover. These motors were also used in medium duty trucks so the air compressor mount and such would potentially use those mounting areas.
