Autolite 45 or 46 spark plugs

I'm just wondering if I will have to throw away a set of spark plugs. I own a 1973 ford F100 2w drive with a 360 engine. The plugs I'm talking about are a set of Autolite 46's. The last engine I had in my truck was burnt oil so I had these spark pugs. Now I have a rebuilt engine with about 40,000 miles on it. I live in Arizona and so it's about 85-90 degrees outside. It's no big deal, I just didn't want to be wasteful. My truck usually uses 45's.
