1998 ranger w/hydrolic clutch

1998 ranger w/hydrolic clutch? Clutch pedal does not depress, therefore truck won't start.

Thank you. It's parked at the moment. I'll pull up some exploded views to see what I'm getting into. I don't own it, belongs to another. I'm hoping to aquire it.
