Hey all I finally got my garage finished and the 250 pulled in. Stripped it down to the block and found it is frozen on the #1 piston due to rust. It seems that the piston is closed to bdc but I'm not sure how to measure the stroke to see if I can free it up by moving it down or if it has to...
