    Put the old cab on the new chassis, that way you have much more than a new engine in an old truck. Brakes, suspension, frame strength, etc.Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

    He is going to do a custom setup. The guy is an electrical genius, has been doing automotive electrical for at least 30+ years. He has sorted out many electrical gremlins on our farm stuff before, haha.

    It got sidelined last fall, but I just pulled it out of the shop to load it up so I can haul it in to an automotive electrician to redo/update all the wiring. :-)

    Another engine shot, and side shot. Could not get a pic from farther out, my dads boat is parked next to it. The tires are 255/85R16. Measured out to 33.5x10 when mounted up.

    It's a Holley 390, which is what Offy recommends for this intake. We shall see how it goes. Have not fired it up yet, doing electrical.

    99 Expedition, trying to figure out dual fuel tanks.

    I was hoping to brainstorm with you guys and see if we can come up with a solution for extending fuel capacity.I am hoping that someone has some knowledge, possibly regarding an F150 or something of similar year and style that had a fuel tank in the back, where the expedition carries its spare...

    Its getting ready to go back in. Had one of those custom built, small size/high torque starters built up for it. Should hopefully never have starter problems again.

    What EXACTLY Was Explorer Trim?

    My 79 F150 originally matched that green one in the 78 pamphlet. It has ranger and explorer badging on it. No custom badges.I call it the "Explanger"

    Please help me diagnose my starter issues. 1979 F150 300/4 speed

    I am looking at swapping it for a new style gear reduction starter. Does anybody know if starter mounting for the 300 is the same as 351M, 460 etc? Manual transmission.Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
