How can I find out if a 2008 5.4 will interchange with my 2005 5.4 3 valve?

No Its still in the truck the cam phasers are getting bad and its burning a little oil was wanting to buy a good core so I can take my time rebuilding one its been years sense I done one think I just found a 2008 waiting on reply to see if the motor is the same as mine it only has 81000 on it...
